At Terissa Hair, we currently ship orders to customers in the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders from other countries or regions are not supported at this time. We plan to gradually expand shipping availability in the future.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Standard U.S. shipping is $9.99. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $69.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and order volume. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available, it will be sent to the customer by email after the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information
